GST e-Invoice Technical Readiness — Intake Kit
Use this checklist to prepare one synthetic or non-confidential invoice for a technical readiness review. The pilot includes a written findings report and one corrected revision check.
Do not send production secrets or unnecessary personal data. Replace names, addresses, phone numbers, bank details, credentials, tokens, and real invoice identifiers with synthetic values.
What to provide
- One JSON invoice payload or an equivalent documented schema.
- The validator, API, or target format you expect it to satisfy.
- The current error output, if any.
- Your expected result and deadline.
- Any agreed rounding, discount, and tax-calculation rules.
Review boundaries
- Included: field presence, formats, internal arithmetic consistency, schema mapping, actionable correction notes.
- Not included: tax or legal advice, choosing tax classifications for you, production IRP submission, IRN or QR generation, or tax-authority acceptance.
- No work begins until scope, deadline, and payment method are agreed in writing.
Before sending
- Confirm every GSTIN and HSN/SAC value is synthetic or authorized for review.
- Remove credentials, API keys, cookies, signatures, and private URLs.
- State whether the example is expected to pass or intentionally fail.
- Keep an untouched local copy of your original payload.
